Spiffy Lavé Cleaning in BillingsConfirm the room count
Walk through the home and count each separate space you want included. If an unusual space matters, count it and describe it rather than assuming it fits another room.
Make priorities visible
Choose the two or three spaces or details that matter most and share them during booking.
- High-use kitchen or bathroom
- Dust-prone office or bedroom
- Entryway or mudroom traffic
- Delicate or unusual surfaces to discuss
Plan access and household logistics

- Door, gate, building, or parking access
- Pets and household members
- Items that block important surfaces or floors
- Any time-sensitive departure or return

What counts as one room? One room means one separate space you want cleaned—such as a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, office, or laundry/mudroom. You can change the count again before booking.
Light cleaning is $20 per room, deep cleaning is $30 per room, and move-in or move-out cleaning is $35 per room. Payment is collected in person after the cleaning is complete.
