Information used by the room estimator

The website uses the room count and service you select to calculate the price. That calculation happens in your browser. The selected room count may be saved temporarily in your browser's session storage so it remains consistent as you move between website sections.

Information entered when booking

When you book, the website collects your name, email, phone number, cleaning address, selected service, room count, selected add-ons and scent choice, appointment time, and optional notes. This information is used to create and manage the requested appointment in Spiffy Lavé Cleaning’s connected business calendar. The website does not collect payment-card information.

Technical information

The website host and connected services may process ordinary technical information required to deliver and secure the site, such as request timestamps, device or browser details, IP addresses, and error information. This website does not currently include a separate advertising tracker or custom analytics form.

How information is used

Appointment information may be used to confirm scheduling, communicate about the visit, manage service records, collect in-person payment after service, and respond to customer questions. Information should not be sold by Spiffy Lavé Cleaning for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

The website host and Google Calendar help operate the scheduling system. Their processing practices may apply where they provide those services. Links to unrelated websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.

Choices and updates

You can clear browser session data through your browser controls and can choose not to submit a booking. This notice may be updated when booking, hosting, analytics, or customer-contact practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
