Effective July 24, 2026. The website provides pricing and scheduling; a cleaning appointment exists only after the final confirmation page appears.
Room pricing and optional add-ons
The base website total is calculated by multiplying the room count by the selected service rate: $20 per room for light cleaning, $30 for deep cleaning, or $35 for move-in and move-out cleaning. Optional add-ons are itemized and added to that base price. Review the room quantity, service, add-ons, appointment length, and final total before confirming.
Booking and availability
Viewing a price or calendar does not reserve a time. Availability may change until the final booking request is accepted and the confirmation page appears. Save the booking number for your records.
Scope and home conditions
Service descriptions are general starting points. Share unusual conditions, delicate surfaces, pets, access issues, safety concerns, move deadlines, and high-priority rooms before the appointment. Details confirmed for a specific booking control over general website copy.
Payments, changes, and cancellations
No online payment is collected. The displayed total is due in person after the cleaning is completed. Contact Spiffy Lavé Cleaning as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the room count, address, service, add-ons, access, or pet details.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal and household-service planning. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse the booking system, submit false information, or copy protected brand assets for unrelated commercial use.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information current, but pages, availability, and third-party services may change. If website copy conflicts with confirmed appointment information, the confirmed booking details control.
